Rental Information

The Confessional is available for rent on an hourly basis: 

$100 for the 1st hour and $75 for each additional hour

with a *minimum of 24 hours notice required.

The Confessional is available from 10 am to midnight

with 2 hours necessary between appointments for cleanup & prep.

​

All equipment is thoroughly washed/sanitized between uses and prep/cleanup is provided.

Requirements

​

*All parties must be at least 21 years old and provide legal proof of age

​

*A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required prior to scheduling

 

*All parties must sign a Rental Agreement

 

Rules

​

*No party may include more than four individuals

​

*No scat play or blood sports permitted

​

*Piss play is restricted to the shower room

​

*All equipment must be placed in assigned designated areas after use

​

*No hard drug use

Whether you're looking for a home base, a change of scenery, or just happen to be traveling through the area, 

The Confessional would be pleased to host you.  However, please be aware that you will be responsible for your own scheduling, screening, protocol, rules, etc.  We provide the space, the equipment & the supplies--the rest is up to you.
